My professional experience combines both the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.

I started my career at Life Pharmacy, where I worked from March 2024 to March 2025. This experience helped me develop my pharmaceutical knowledge and understand the importance of patient needs, pr knowledge, and effective communication in healthcare.

Since March 2025, I have been working at Medtronic as a Product Specialist Support, focusing on insulin pump support. My responsibilities include communicating with patients, helping them resolve device-related issues, guiding them on the proper use of their devices, and helping them manage their daily routines with greater confidence.
